1 July 2015 INTRODUCING BUTLERS & GROOMERS™ LATEST SERVICE OFFERING - BENJI™ BENJI™ is a text-based concierge service now made available to all existing* clients of Butlers & Groomers™. Users can simply send a service request via SMS to a dedicated mobile number along with their address, name and email address, and Benji will revert with a request confirmation and process payments within a reasonable time-frame. HOW IT WORKS Step 1 Send an SMS beginning with "BENJI <request> <address><email><name>" to +60 10 40 BENJI and wait for a reply. Example:
Send "BENJI Request for Housekeeping Service on 5 July 2015 at 9am F-2-6 Plaza Damas, Jalan Sri Hartamas 1, 50480 KL siti@quintessential.com.my Siti" to +60104023654** Step 2 Receive a reply with availability and quotation from Benji, and accept (or decline). Example:
"Hello Siti! Thank you for contacting B&G. We can confirm availability for Housekeeping Service this coming Sunday 5 July 2015 at 9am. The charge will be RM35.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. Is this OK? - Benji" "This is fine. I will require 3 hours of cleaning." "Thank you for your confirmation Siti. This service request will cost you RM105.00. Please click on the link to make the payment: http://www.ipay88.com/uEWrO9D. - Benji" "Done. Thank you Benji!" "Indeed it is, and you're most welcome Siti :) I will be emailing you soon. Thank you for using this service. - Benji" Step 3 Receive payment acknowledgement and service confirmation via email you provided earlier to Benji. Step 4 Sit back, relax and look forward to a cleaner house on Sunday. * Service currently available to existing customers of Butlers & Groomers™ who have pre-registered and opted in.
